Rooftop comfort control systems appear and function completely differently from traditional home “package” systems. The biggest difference between a traditional home “split system” is that a split system is made up of both indoor and outdoor equipment working in unision. Not so with a rooftop system. Rooftop systems contain every component packaged together in one large piece of equipment. Most often these are seen sitting on top of a building.
